Matthews Hanton (Covid-19) Status Update 20/07/2021

In recent weeks, cases of Covid-19 in our local area have been on the increase and we have in fact had one positive test amongst our staff in recent weeks. We have taken all necessary precautions and are satisfied that our team members are all currently healthy and virus-free, but it has encouraged us to take further steps temporarily, so that we can continue to operate and offer our services with no risk to our team or our clients.

Despite the relaxing of the restrictions place by UK Govt, we will continue to refuse face-to-face meetings and ask that our clients deal with us via telephone or video chat wherever possible. We are open to take delivery of accounting/tax paperwork and to return records to clients, but we must ask that clients continue to wear face masks when entering the building and that visits be limited to five minutes.

Until such time as cases in the local area have diminished and also until such time as all of our team members have had both of their vaccine injections, these restrictions will continue. We apologise for the inconvenience, but we consider the health of our clients and our staff to be paramount. Thank you for your understanding.
