Trainee Administrator -
- Applicants would need a good working knowledge of computer software including the use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Applicants would be required to take telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
- Applicants would need to be able to manage regular tasks accurately and methodically without supervision.
General Bookkeeper Including the Preparation of VAT Returns (Monthly and Quarterly) -
- Applicants would need to have a recognised Bookkeeping/ Accounting Qualification (AAT, ACCA or equivalent).
- Applicants would need to be able to process Sales and Purchase Ledgers onto MTD compliant software (Sage One, XERO, Quickbooks) and perform bank reconciliations and bookkeeping journals.
- Applicants would need to be able to prepare monthly and quarterly VAT Returns to be submitted to HMRC, and would also be required to communicate regularly with clients to discuss queries and financial progress.
