Companies House Administration Fee Increases

For the first time in many years, Companies House have announced increases to their administration fees regarding company formations, submissions and striking off requests.

The change that will affect all current Limited Companies is the Confirmation Statement (CS01) filing fee increase, which is going from £13 per electronic submission to £34 per electronic submission.
